How European Thermodynamics Ltd processes personal data in the AdaptiveThermoLab platform.
Data we collect
Account details (email address, hashed password, role), the devices you register, and the telemetry those devices report. We collect only the data needed to deliver and secure the service.
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (given at account registration) together with our legitimate interest in delivering, securing, and supporting the service you have signed up for.
Your data subject rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings, or by contacting us. We respond within one month.
Data retention and residency
Telemetry is retained according to your subscription tier and then automatically deleted. Personal data is stored in the EU region of our database provider.

Data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach we notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, in line with GDPR Articles 33 and 34.
